Monday fever

This morning Pat says that he started out the day kind of slow, but gained momentum throughout the day.  He had to face some hard facts about his former life that kind of shook up up his whole perspective of himself and his family.  But onward and upward with courage and strength. 

So how did he do on his goals?
-  5 Superman stretches, plus a bunch of other stretches given by his PT.  (boy is he going to be sore tomorrow)
- 15 walks
- 1st time with the water, it went on the floor right away so he put it off til tomorrow.
- Almost got the kitchen done in time to scrapbook, but not quite

So goals for tomorrow
- 18 walks
- build endurance: stand for 10 minutes without the walker without falling
- lots of stretches
- walking with the cup without any water, to get used to it. :)
- scrapbook
